Booking Requirements

Bookings are for weekly periods from Sunday – Sunday or for a minimum stay of 2 nights, 3 nights on long weekends (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving). Priority is given to week-long rentals in July and August. Shorter stays depend on availability. All pricing is subject to HST. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the rental. A $200 cash damage deposit is due on arrival. For bookings that are less than 30 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. 30 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit may be applied towards a future stay, valid for one year, or refunded, minus a $150.00 administrative charge. Cancellations received less than 30 days before your check-in date are not refundable for any reason. No-shows and early departures are not subject to refunds or rebates of any kind.

Check-In time: after 3 pm and before dark

Check-out time: by 10 am, after which additional charges will apply

Tamarack Lodge is a pet-free resort.

Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am.

Number of Guests

The maximum number of guests for each cottage is binding. There are limitations on our septic systems, our beach space, and the amenities in each cottage that are important to respect. Outside visitors are not permitted.
